**i do not offer boudoir portrait sessions.**

Location Options:

all sessions take place outdoors on location, newborn sessions can be done in the comfort of your home. i don't have a studio, but i'm happy to rent one if needed, and i'm always available for in-home sessions if that works best for you!

Time:

if it’s sunny outside, a time close to sunset is preferred for an outdoor session. sunset or "golden hour" is the best time to take photos because the light is warm, soft, and diffused, which results in a more flattering and natural-looking portrait. this low-angle sunlight also creates long, dramatic shadows which can add depth and dimension to your photos. additionally, the warm golden tones of the sunset can create a beautiful and romantic atmosphere in your images.

Duration:

typical sessions can be 30-90 minutes long. they can be longer if you have multiple locations and outfit changes.

Inspiration:

pinterest, instagram, google... feel free to send me any inspirational images you might want to borrow from for your own session. that includes poses, props, concepts, etc.

What To Wear:

wear whatever makes you comfortable, just no huge brand logos or distracting designs that take the focus off you. for families, solids work best as long as everyone is pretty much in the same color scheme; you should be fine. try to stay away from stripes and any other geometric designs.

Turnaround:

within 24 - 48 hours after your portrait session, your images will be ready to view on your own personal online gallery site. the number of images varies but is typically between 15 - 80. 

Payments:

a $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time and can be made online when you book your session.  i can accept debit/credit cards, cash app, and venmo. 

you can either pay to download all the images in your image gallery or order prints and other products. you can also do both.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

cancellations and rescheduling for portrait sessions can be made at any time and for any reason.
